SIR Syed Ahmad Khan & SIR Muhammad Iqbal
By Tariq Khan & Comments from Others
SIR Syed Ahmed Khan was a stooge of the colonial tyrant rulers of the sub-continent of INDIA. He was recruited so as the MUSLIM population should also adopt the English Culture and domination and must disassociate themselves from Arabic / Persian / Turk heritage, culture and language. SIR Syed Ahmed Khan was heavily funded by the colonial power and was given the notorious title of SIR. The Aligarh University produced a colonial-minded ‘ELITE’ class shrouded in ENGLISH CULTURE. The elite class what latter was referred as ‘Brown Sahib’. The proud ISLAMIC fibre was shattered. The cultural and mental situation is multiplying till date. Aligarh University produced a coward and materialistic minded generation. This coward generation is multiplying continuously. Syed Ahmed Khan himself was not a highly educated person. During the Indian Rebellion of 1857, he remained loyal to the British Empire and was noted for his actions in saving European lives. Syed repeatedly called upon Muslims to loyally serve the British Empire. Sir Syed supported the British (NOT Muslims) during the 1857 uprising.

SIR Allama Muhammad Iqbal was a poet by birth. He was always on donations. Nawab of Bhopal was paying him RS. 1500/= PM. He married 5 times. He became a follower of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed of Qadian. He was very fond of Whisky. Use to visit Hiramandi regularly in Lahore. He wrote a kind of national anthem “SARAY JEHAN SAY ACCHA HINDUSTAN HAMARA …”. He never ever mentioned the word PAKISTAN in his poetry. He never met POONJA BHAI. He died in 1938. Not Iqbal or POONJA but TAJ-E-BARTANIA decided to divide the MUSLIMS of INDIA into three parts. As far as his poetry is concerned two third of his poetry is in PERSIAN Language.  One Third is in Urdu Language. Urdu is not understood by the majority of MUSLIMS of INDIA. Some stupid call him as the poet of the EAST. But the EAST does not know even his name. He is known only in Iran. He gave nothing but a kind of fantasy multiplied by romance … “BAHR-E-ZULMAT MAIEN DORRA DIYAY GHORRAY HUMNAY”, etc. He received the title of SIR during the time was a follower of Mirza Ghulam Ahmed. Iqbal’s poetic works are written primarily in Persian rather than Urdu. Among his 12,000 verses of poetry, about 7,000 verses are in Persian.

Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah (1876-1948) son of Poonjabhai “Jinno” and Mithhibai is the founder of Pakistan and was the country’s first Governor-General. His first marriage in 1892 was the result of his mother urging him to marry his cousin Emibai Jinnah before he left for England to pursue higher studies. However, Emibai died a few months later. His second marriage took place in 1918 to Rattanbai Petit (granddaughter of Dinshaw Maneckji Petit and Ratanji Dadabhoy Tata), a Parsi who was 24 years his junior. Rattanbai converted to Islam when she married Jinnah and took on the name Maryam Jinnah, but continued to be known as Rattanbai. In 1919, she gave birth to their only daughter, Dina Jinnah. Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah was sent to Ziarat on Faulty train to die silently that no one knows how pain he was suffering. Nowadays even for minor cases our Politicians go to UK or USA for their treatment, while Founder of Pakistan was sent to Ziarat to die.

  1. Agree with comments by Rizvi. I am sure Author also studied in one of those English culture colleges and most likely chose to live in western English culture.

  2. The author of this article would not have expressed his views in English, if Sir Syed Ahmed Khan had not invited the Muslims of India to read and write in English. I believe it was still started late and those who stood against Syed Ahmed and Iqbal’s venture to inspire the Muslims of India were depriving people from learning modern scientific knowledge. The truth is that, Aligarh University is the “Revolutionary University” that changed the fate of Muslims of India. I belong to a Farsi speaking and knowing family and I am the last one in my family who knows this language. I do not find any scientific achievement during the Farsi speaking Mughal rulers of India. Finally, today English is a universal language, read and understood in every corner of the world. MIRZA ASHRAF

  3. In response to a question from Noor Salik Sahib, sent direct to me regarding Iqbal’s genius as a philosopher within the context of western philosophy, here is another comment presented by me—Iqbal was, undoubtedly a great scholar who was an authority on Islamic, Western, Eastern, Chinese, India philosophies, and most importantly the religion of Islam. His literary contribution, presented in his Urdu and Persian poetry is focused on Qur’an and the mystical teaching of Rumi. As far as a philosophical intellectualism is concerned, Iqbal’s book The Reconstruction of Religious Thought in Islam–though is viewed by some a book of philosophy–its central view, as mentioned on page 2 of the same book is: “Philosophy must recognize the central position of religion and has no other alternative but to admit it as something focal in the process of reflective synthesis.” He never denied the role of science and philosophy in the process of cognition but was convinced that religion alone is capable of delivering mankind from its plight. Therefore, Iqbal’s ideology of a nation, specifically of Muslim Ummah, is interned in religion of Islam, which was circumstantial, playing the role of seeking freedom from the British rule. I, unfortunately, fail to see any intellectualism in his ideology of Pakistan. I do not find any specific form of western styled philosophy to be attributed as Iqbal’s own cognitive geniality. His concept of “khudi” and “bekhudi” is continuum of the classical Greek philosopher’s concept of ego, and is tinged with mystical outlook of his mentor Rumi, which cannot be considered as his original contribution to the philosophy of life.
